Essential terms

Eligibility & authorization

You may only submit domains and assets that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Submitting assets you do not control is prohibited and may result in account termination and potential legal action.

Acceptable use

The service is for legitimate security assessment only. Do not use it to scan third-party assets without permission, perform illegal activities, or abuse the free tier.

Free service nature

The current service is provided free of charge as a courtesy. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, completeness, accuracy, or continued availability of the free tier.

Paid continuous monitoring

Premium is granted by a Delta admin after off-site payment (invoice, bank, or existing MSSP contract). It is not self-serve checkout. Premium includes persistent asset inventory, scheduled rescans, outbound webhooks, and copies of the PDF report plus evidence pack for up to 90 days (last 12 reports). Nuclei raw output is never kept. Data remains hosted by Delta on the same platform as the free tier.

No warranty & limitation of liability

Reports are provided “as is”. Delta Consulting is not liable for damages arising from use of the reports or the service. You are solely responsible for actions taken based on findings.

Intellectual property

The platform, reports, and related materials remain the property of Delta Consulting LLC. You may use reports for internal security purposes; you may not resell them as a commercial service.
